1. We’ll gather data to get you confident on exactly what's happening in your body as we’ll monitor your energy expenditure, weight changes, wellness markers [sleep, energy, mood] and look at pathology, diet history and body composition.

We focus on adjusting exactly what and when you eat day to day to get you optimising your energy levels and recovery.
This involves getting clear on exactly what you need to eat and drink to make sure you are:
- Showing up to training and games firing on all engines
- Recovering quickly and efficiently throughout the week
- Available to train week to week by preventing injuries and illness [and showing up to your coaches and teammates]
- Getting clear on exactly what supplements are going to be safe and effective for your sport - if that’s something you’ll want to try in the future.

Ensure you’re avoiding the negative consequences of poor nutrition down the line by fuelling adequately to support your training AND growth and development, as well as cognition so you have sharp concentration both at school and in your sport, and also optimising gut health for better mood, immunity, brain and heart health.

This program is specifically designed for developing athletes aged 12-18 years, however if you have found this information useful to yourself then I also firmly believe athletes of all ages would benefit from this program.

I know athletes - and I know how busy they are. Hence all modules are videos that are no longer than 20 minutes long.
Modules also come with worksheets that are designed to be easily incorporated into your training week so you don't need to spend too much additional time. -
All the content is designed to be fully implementational, meaning if you have very little nutrition knowledge you can still go into each week and have something to implement that is going to get you seeing improvements in your performance.

The content is designed to support active bodies of all sports, from any team sport to track and field sports to pool-based sports etc.
Basically if you do any training of any kind, you will benefit from this program.

After the 12 weeks, you'll have a solid individualised fuelling strategy that you would have implemented and validated.
From here you have the option to get continued 1:1 support or use your new skills and knowledge to continue fuelling yourself optimally.
